AIRCRAFT BRIEF
The Embraer E195 is the largest member of the first-generation E-Jet family, stretching the E190 airframe to accommodate up to 122 passengers. Entering service with Flybe in 2007, it fills the gap between large regional jets and narrow-body mainline aircraft. Powered by twin GE CF34-10E engines, the E195 offers excellent range and payload flexibility for medium-density routes. The E195-E2, a further developed second-generation variant, entered service in 2019 with dramatically improved fuel efficiency.
