What a flight group gives you
Publish from three places
Start from one of your own checklists, any of the 118 aircraft in the FLIGHT library, or a blank page, then edit it in place.
Revisions pilots can see
Every change bumps the revision number. A pilot part-way through an older revision is told the procedure changed since they started.
Everyone keeps their own progress
Each pilot ticks through the same procedure on their own device, and their progress follows their account between devices.
Kneeboard cards
Any procedure prints as kneeboard cards or saves as a PDF, in 5 x 8, A5, Letter or A4.
One invite link
Share a single link that expires in 24 hours, 7 days, never. Replace it and the old one stops working.
Your group's look
A logo, a cover image, and links to your Discord server and website on the group's home page.

Create a free account
Flight groups need a FLIGHT account, so procedures and progress can be shared. Sign-up takes an email and a password.

Create your group
Pick a name and a web address, then publish your first procedure.

Share the invite link
Post it in your Discord. Anyone who opens it joins as a pilot while there is a free seat.

Give the squadron one ramp-start, one pre-takeoff and one fence-in flow for the Hornet, Viper or Tomcat, and print them as kneeboard cards for the next sortie.

- Runs the group: its name and web address, who is an admin, handing the group to someone else, and deleting it.

- Publish and edit procedures, manage the invite link and pilots, and update the logo, cover image and links.

- Fly every procedure with their own progress, print kneeboard cards, and copy procedures to their own checklists.
Questions
Is Flight Groups finished?
Not yet. Flight Groups is in beta: it works, and it is still being improved. If something breaks or is confusing, report it on the FLIGHT Discord.

Yes. A flight group is free with a FLIGHT account.
How many pilots can join a group?
Up to 5, including the owner. When every seat is taken the invite link stops letting people in until a seat frees up.
Which simulators are supported?
MSFS 2024, DCS World, X-Plane 12 and Falcon BMS. A group can mix simulators, and its procedures are sorted by simulator on the group's page.
How many procedures can a group publish?
Up to 50.
Who can change a procedure?
The owner and admins. Pilots fly procedures and can copy one into their own checklists to change it for themselves.
Is a flight group private?
Yes. Only members can open a group or its procedures, and group pages are not indexed by search engines.
Can I be in more than one flight group?
No. A pilot belongs to one flight group at a time.
Do flight groups work offline?
Group pages need a connection. For offline use, save a procedure's kneeboard cards as a PDF or copy it to your own checklists, which work offline.
