1. Simulation Use Only

FLT Checklist ("the Service") is designed exclusively for use with flight simulation software, including but not limited to Microsoft Flight Simulator 2024 (MSFS 2024) and Digital Combat Simulator World (DCS World).

This Service is NOT intended for use in real-world aviation. The checklists, procedures, and information provided here must never be used to operate, preflight, or manage any real aircraft. Real-world aviation operations require certified documentation, proper training, and regulatory compliance.

2. No Warranty

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not warrant that:

  • The checklists are complete, accurate, or up to date for any particular simulator version or aircraft add-on.
  • The Service will be available without interruption or error.
  • The information matches the procedures of any real-world aircraft.

3. Limitation of Liability

Under no circumstances shall the creator(s) of FLT Checklist be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from:

  • The use or inability to use the Service.
  • Any reliance on the information provided.
  • Any discrepancies between the checklists and actual simulator behavior.
  • Any attempt to use these checklists for real-world aviation purposes.

4. User Responsibility

By using this Service, you acknowledge that:

  • You understand this is a gaming and simulation aid only.
  • You will not use any information from this Service for real-world flight operations.
  • You are solely responsible for verifying procedures within your simulator.
  • Aircraft add-ons and simulator updates may change procedures at any time.

5. Analytics & Privacy

We use Google Analytics to measure website traffic and understand how visitors use the Service. Google Analytics collects anonymous usage data such as pages visited, session duration, and general location (country/region). This data is used solely to improve the Service.

We do not collect any personal information, and we do not require user accounts or sign-ups.

6. Third-Party Content & Trademarks

Aircraft names, simulator names, and related trademarks belong to their respective owners. "Microsoft Flight Simulator" is a trademark of Microsoft Corporation. "DCS World" is a trademark of Eagle Dynamics SA.

FLT Checklist is an independent, fan-made project. We are not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by Microsoft, Asobo Studio, Eagle Dynamics, or any aircraft manufacturer. We do not own any of the aircraft, simulators, or trademarks referenced on this site. All product names are used solely for identification purposes and remain the property of their respective owners.

Any errors in the checklists or aircraft information are our own. If you believe any content is inaccurate, please report it so we can correct it.

7. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Continued use of the Service constitutes acceptance of any changes.
