Features

Interactive Checklists

Tap through every switch, lever, and button from cold & dark to taxi. Steps highlight in sequence so you never lose your place. Progress bars track completion per phase.

Emergency Procedures

Quick-access emergency reference cards for every aircraft. Engine fires, failures, hydraulic loss - bold, fast-read procedures for critical in-flight situations.

Quick Reference Cards

V-speeds, power settings, flap schedules, engine limits, and key numbers for every aircraft - all on one card. The numbers you need, fast.

Custom Checklists

Build your own from scratch, fork a built-in aircraft, or import from JSON, CSV or Excel - then file them in folders. Kneeboard cards work for these too, and everything stays in your browser.

Focus / Streamer Mode

One tap strips the page down to just the checklist - no nav, no sidebars, no clutter. Made for stream captures and second monitors. Press F on any aircraft page.

Voice Mode

Hands-free checklist operation. Enable voice mode on any checklist and say "check" or "checked" to advance each step. Steps and phase names are read aloud automatically. Chrome or Edge.

Printable Kneeboard Cards

Turn any checklist, quick reference or emergency card into a set of kneeboard cards. Pick your paper - 5 x 8, A5, Letter or A4 - then save a PDF or print it. What you see is exactly what prints.

Works Offline

Open a checklist once and it keeps working with no connection - on a flight, on a train, or when the network drops mid-startup. Your own checklists are always available.

Favorites

Star the aircraft you fly most. Your favorites appear on the homepage for instant access. Stored locally - no account needed.

Global Search

Find any aircraft instantly with Cmd+K / Ctrl+K. Real-time filtering with keyboard navigation. Works from any page.

Themes & Accessibility

Light and dark cockpit themes, each with a high contrast option. Adjustable text size and alternate fonts, including Atkinson Hyperlegible for low vision.

Desktop & Mobile

Works on your phone next to the sim, on a tablet on your lap, or on a second monitor. Responsive design with touch-friendly 44px tap targets.

Built in the Open

FLIGHT Checklist is shaped by the people who use it. There is a Discord for questions, requests, and what is coming next, and every release is documented.

Join the Discord

Ask about a startup, request an aircraft, or tell me what is wrong with a checklist - I read everything.

Changelog

Every release, documented. See what shipped and when.

Important Disclaimer

This tool is for flight simulation only. It is not intended for, and must not be used for, real-world aviation. The checklists are simplified procedures designed for simulator use. Real aircraft require certified documentation and proper training.

Who Built This

I'm Paul - a flight sim enthusiast who got tired of juggling multiple browser tabs, Google Drives, PDFs, and random websites just to find the right startup procedure. Every new aircraft meant hunting down checklists scattered across forums and docs.

So I built FLIGHT Checklist - one place with clean, tap-through checklists that work on any device right next to your sim. No downloads, no sign-ups, no clutter.

Spotted a wrong procedure or have an idea? Use the report button on any checklist, ask in the Discord, or get in touch.

Support the project

FLIGHT Checklist stays free with no ads and no signup. If it saves you time in the cockpit, a coffee helps cover the servers.
