The Boeing 777-300ER (Extended Range) is the best-selling variant of the 777 family, combining the stretched fuselage of the -300 with raked wingtips and the powerful GE90-115B engines - the world's most powerful commercial jet engines at 115,300 lbf each. First entering service with Air France in 2004, it displaced four-engine aircraft on ultra-long-haul routes and became the backbone of many major international carriers.
