Engine Fire or Engine Severe Damage or Separation

    If the engine fire switch or ENG OVERHEAT light is illuminated: Engine Fire SwitchROTATE TO THE STOP AND HOLD FOR 1 SECOND

    If after 30 sec the engine fire switch or ENG OVERHEAT light stays illuminated: Engine Fire SwitchROTATE TO THE OTHER STOP AND HOLD FOR 1 SECOND

Cabin Altitude Warning or Rapid Depressurization

    If cabin altitude is uncontrollable: Passenger SignsON, PASS OXYGEN Switch - ON, then go to the Emergency Descent checklist

    If cabin altitude is controllable: continue manual operation to maintain correct cabin altitude; at or below 10,000 ft cabin altitude the oxygen masks may be removed

Emergency Descent

    When approaching the level off altitude: smoothly lower the SPEED BRAKE lever to the DOWN detent, level off, add thrust and stabilize

    If EGT reaches a redline or there is no increase in EGT within 30 sec: Engine Start Lever (affected engine)CONFIRM, CUTOFF, THEN IDLE DETENT

    If EGT again reaches a redline or there is no increase in EGT within 30 sec, repeat as needed
  6. 6
    Note: if the aircraft reverts to standby power there are no MMO / VMO protections
